I grew up at this camp because my parents have served on staff there for 23 years. I loved camp as a camper but I also enjoyed camp as a staffer: maintenance, dishwasher, counselor, supervisor. It was a great opportunity to grow in my faith, develop leadership skills, and build life-long friendships. Just last week Jeannette and I were privileged to be the "Missionary of the Week."
The mission of Camp Lebanon is to provide a meeting place with God to help the Church do the work of Christ. They offer programs all year round for all ages as well as specialized programs like Quilt Retreat and Men's Retreat.
The message of Camp Lebanon is unmistakably Jesus and uncompromisingly biblical. They also believe in having the "funnest" fun!!

ReplyDeleteMy girls went to camp a couple weeks ago for the first time (Adventurers), and I was definitely more excited than they were. I have so many wonderful memories of our summers working at camp.
